Although we have always viewed health and safety as an important prerequisite to everything we do at Hammersmith Engineering, we wanted some help to get us through the process of applying for and achieving CHAS (Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme), accreditation.  When I spoke to Richard at Hallaran Health and Safety Compliance I was pleased how swiftly we moved through the process.  With Richard’s help we developed our health and safety policy and ensured that our written arrangements made it easy for us to manage our own future compliance.  Richard also carried out our Fire Risk Assessment and has been a great help with our risk assessments and workplace inspections.  Needless to say, we now have CHAS accreditation and a health and safety system to be proud of!
